At LELOSI Czechia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Czech Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or arrange for a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
